What's on the registration forms?
On January 13, the registration forms for Super Rally 2008 were sent to each church in the Northern Illinois Conference with the attention to "Sr. High Youth Leader". However, we know that many don't get to the right person - so with Adobe Acrobat, your church can get all of the forms you'll need. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you can't open PDF files, click the "Get Adobe Reader" link at the bottom). Your BEST bet is to right click on the link and choose "Save As" to save the PDF to your computer. If you have any questions or difficulties with these forms, e-mail us at SuperRally@gmail.com.
